Sensor Table

The Sensor Table includes all of the information related to the sensors used in the testing.  It includes the names, types and location of the sensors.  For more information about the CC8 Phase 4 Strength & Fatigue sensors, click here. 

 

SensorID

Number used for sensor identification.

SensorName

Name assigned to the sensor. The first letters identify the sensor type.

SensorType

Information such as full bridge, vertical displacement, and deflection.

Unit

Units the sensors record in.

GageType

Returns thermocouple, moisture sensors, embedded gage, potentiometer, and eddy current sensors.

LocationX_FT

Sensor location X coordinate in feet from Instrumentation Plan.

LocationY_FT

Sensor location Y coordinate in feet from Instrumentation Plan.

LocationZ_N

Sensor location Z coordinate in inches from Instrumentation Plan.

Depth_IN

Sensor location from surface.

CalibrationFactor1 Parameters used during data processing, includes sensor position as well as sensor scaling and offset values.
CalibrationFactor2 Parameters used during data processing, includes sensor position as well as sensor scaling and offset values.
CalibrationFactor3 Parameters used during data processing, includes sensor position as well as sensor scaling and offset values.
CalibrationFactor4 Parameters used during data processing, includes sensor position as well as sensor scaling and offset values.
CalibrationFactor5 Parameters used during data processing, includes sensor position as well as sensor scaling and offset values.
CalibrationFactor6 Parameters used during data processing, includes sensor position as well as sensor scaling and offset values.
SPUNo Number of the Signal Processing Unit (SPU) used to acquire dynamic data from SensorName.
Card Pertains to physical DAQ connection.

Channel

Pertains to physical DAQ connection.

ChannelStatus

Pertains to physical DAQ connection – 1 is collect, 0 is no collection.

Mux

Number assigned to the multiplexer (MUX) used to acquire static data from SensorName.

PhaseID

Test section number.

TestSectionID

Associated test section.
