Invited Lecture

Dr. Navneet Garg of the Airport Technology R&D Branch, Airport Pavement R&D Section, delivered an online lecture on May 8, 2026, at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, São José, Brazil, titled “Evolution of Airport Pavement Design Procedure, and Materials Research.” The lecture was attended by graduate students and faculty members.
