Presentation

Dr. Daniel Offenbacker and Dr. Richard Ji delivered research presentations at the 2026 American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) Northeast Chapter Airports Conference in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr. Offenbacker presented a high-level overview of recently completed and ongoing research conducted by the FAA Airport Technology R&D Pavement Section. Dr. Ji provided updates on the pavement roughness research program and its associated software, PROFAA. In addition, Dr. Offenbacker and Dr. Ji participated in information exchange sessions to identify airports interested in partnering with the FAA on future research initiatives.
